2 | Tablespoons | canola oil | |

1/2 | pound | broccolini, cut into flowerettes | |

2 | cups | thinly sliced carrots | |
|
|||
2 | cups | sliced fresh mushrooms | |
|
|||
1 | lemon, thinly sliced | ||

|||
1/4 | cup | butter, melted | |
|
|||
3 | Tablespoons | granulated sugar | |
|
Saute broccolini in oil until tender crisp; remove.
Stir in carrots and saute until tender crisp. Stir in mushrooms and saute lightly. Return broccolini to skillet and stir in lemon.
Combine butter and sugar; add to vegetables. Stir until vegetables are glazed and serve immediately.
