2 | pounds | pork tenderloin | |

Preheat grill to medium high heat. In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, coriander, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Rub tenderloin with olive oil and coat with spice mixture. Place tenderloin on the grill, cover, and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, rotating pork on each side every 5 minutes. Remove tenderloin from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
